Forever Child: A different kind of love story.

A bit of a preface to this next piece. First of all, it’s not written by me. It’s written by someone who’s very near and dear to my heart. I’ve always known that she was extremely talented with her writing, and told her that on numerous occasions, and this just proves my point. The story itself is actually about a stuffed animal that I’ve had since before I was born. “Baby Chris” as I’ve called him my entire life. Riding through the storm

How to fix dwindling loyalty in a company, or brand.

How many times has this happened to you?

You buy a product or service, and it’s either a piece of junk, something goes wrong with it, or the service just ends up being something you didn’t expect. So what do you do? You call the customer service number you were given when you first purchased said product or service. Or, if you don’t do that, you go in to the store to talk to a representative face to face.

The Cycle

And after a long and restless night of tumultuous thought, the anxious boy wakes to find that nothing has changed. He reaches out of the warmth and comfort of blankets, blindly grasping for the alarm that pierces through the silence of mourning.
